The purpose of this project was to learn about the renaissance and people who are famous from the renaissance. In order to learn about the renaissance we had to learn about the art from the time and the difference between renaissance and medieval. Another purpose was to learn about someone who has historically changed the world of made a difference from the renaissance. For ex. I was Pope Leo X and i helped the Medici family keep it's wealth and regain most of it. He kept people like Michelangelo working which lead to many Renaissance art's.

In this project, I learned how to…. (skills)
I learned about art's from the Renaissance. And how different it is from today. I learned about rich families and people who were just plain scary like: Bloody Mary. Her name explains it all. But i explored the concept's of the Medici family since i was a member of the Medici family. I had to d a lot of research because a lot of different site's had different information. Like one site told me that Giuliano Medici was Pope Leo X ( my person's) brother when it really was his uncle. And Lorenzo De Medici ( my father ) brother. My person was born in 1475 which seems like a really long time ago. But it's only a couple hundred's years. :) I also learned that people backed then died early like mine died at the age 45. In fact 10 day's before his 46th birthday

I enjoyed this project because it was teaching us about times form the way past. And not only did we learn about the Renaissance person we were. But also about the Renaissance art's. I feel like i could have done better on this project because i could of put together some kind of costume. And other than that i think i did pretty well on this project and i don't think i did bad on the project. But next time i would probably spend more time on more useful information and not so much as the little un- important fact's that didn't need to be included .

My Digtal Portfolio actually doesnt work at all. It doesn't show, But if it did i would put a picture of the renaissance costumes. And i would have a link to this reflection.
