This is late because i was absent on Thursday
1.Yoko wants to help Mr.Naido because he didnt get into the war because of his speech disorder. And got lucky to get into that school. Mr Naido wants to help Yoko because he knows what she goes through and trys to help as much as he can. They both were rejected by something. Yoko ko and their deceased mother came because they were rejected by the Korean people. Naido was rejected from the Japense war.
2.Yoko notices but doesnt tell Ko that her idea is to shine shoes for extra money. And see that she does her best to help out her and Yoko . Yoko changes from that because she realizes that her sister is doing something to help. And might just get more money than Yoko herself.
3.Do you think that Mr.Corpal Matsumara will be helpful to the Kawishima family? Why?
My answer: I think yes because he knows what they went through. He knows their alive. And he has his life going on track kinda. Other than he has a baby on the way. Hes all good and maybe will help. Because as far as we know hes a good guy.

1. Wow, your answer is nearly the same. They were both rejected so they try to help each other out of their own hell.
2. Yoko thought that Ko was rude, but she only did it for the greater good, and I respect her for that.
3. I think that he will help the Kawishimas relieve their troubles and make them more relaxed.
P.S. I think that Ms. I handed out the dated for OPs and COs, and she posted it on her blog, so you could have still done it.
1) The one thing that is wierd is that they both are teased by the girls on the school. Like when Ko first whent to the school,they made fun of Mr.Niado for stuttering.
2)Yoko knows that kom is shoe shining but wants to keep it a secret because ko might be ashamed of her way of making extra money.
3) He might be because he could still be alive and he might go to japan as a refrugee and he might end up meeting ko and yoko and probably will be their gardian.
1. i love the way you describe Mr.Naido and Yokos relationship its really descriptive i think it really sums up Yoko as a friend
2. KO is such a great sister i think that if it was just Yoko and the mother they would have died because the whole time it was just Ko getting everything and never Yoko or mother
3. i think that maybe corporal matsumara will adopt Yoko and Yo i really hope that happens
